I experienced the villa part. There is interesting room design. . The bed and sofa are made of concrete. A mattress is placed on top of it made of concrete. The sofa was also designed by placing silts and models on concrete. Apart from this, the hotel provides high quality service. The staff is helpful and friendly. It can be considered a high quality hotel by Pattaya standards.

Stayed in the pet friendly zone. Unlike other places, they actually are pet friendly instead of just charging a premium for the animals they provide welcome bed, doggie bowl, doggie waste bags, doggie play zone and doggie breakfast friendly zone. Great breakfast, much better than any other continentals I have tried.

The room is dusty. On top of decoration has a lot of dust. The draining in the shower also clogged with lots of hair . Overall, not happy. No repeat at all

First time for visiting this place, not clean. I see cobwebs on ceiling of the lobby and many ways path to the room. I see water stain on the mirrors in the restaurant, Water can't down the wash basin in the room. No friendly, not ready to service from front to restaurant. I love to visit Way hotel many times. They are the same franchise, so I hope they are the same services but this is extremely contrary to my expectations.
