From the looks of the front of the hotel, which is modest, we were stunned to find a luxurious, modern oasis. The aesthetic is beautiful and the service was impeccable. The location is excellent to get to lively markets and action, but I gave it 4 stars for location because the entrance is right off a busy street. I highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at the THEE Vijit Lanna. The hotel location was superb. The staff were friendly and very attentive - happy to help with anything. The rooms were lovely. And the breakfast was amazing. I would happily stay at the THEE Vijit Lanna again. Thank you for making our stay in Chiang Mai so memorable.

Fantastic service, gorgeous hotel and rooms and super handy location to explore in all directions on foot. Rarely needed a taxi. Plunge pool room was incredible and the pool temperature was great when coming back from long walks in the humidity. Staff were unbelievably accommodating and all the special touches really made the experience perfect - from the restaurant recommendations to the little notes and treats left for us. Will definitely stay again!

Loved our stay at this beautiful hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others! Best hotel we stayed at during our holiday in Thailand! It was very clean, lovely decor and a great location right opposite the Old Town. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and always smiling. In particular Yim was so lovely and helpful throughout our stay! Zero complaints from us!

I generally dont write reviews but wanted to share a funny experience with this hotel. I will start with what I enjoyed. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Second, the front desk was helpful and offered help in booking taxi's and day trips. The location was good with a close walk to the main gate and to markets in town. However here is my beef, and with an overall great experience it was all ruined with a petty issue. We came back from seeing the Elephants and were quite dirty so decided to shower. We used a face cloth to get the dirt off our body. Housekeeping showed up later and informed the front desk that there was a dirty facecloth that may require a so-called "deep clean". The front desk asked me to sign something to say we had damaged the room and needed to pay 100 baht ($4). I refused to sign anything bit agreed to pay $4. Oh my god, its a facecloth with dirt on it and would likely be clean after the regular wash. I gave this hotel over $600-$700 and my experience is ruined over $4. Really be better than this!
