In the first place, the location of this hotel is not convenient, and it is not clean. The towel was stained with poop, and the attitude of the staff was poor. Particularly the only member of staff who is a man. The attitude of the other two girls on staff is good. I will not file a complaint if a staff member is rude to my father. Upon registration, the hotel staff should explain more about the policy to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary complaints, such as " Towels are only allowed to be exchanged every three days ". Please share with me more , how many of the visitor will go behind the door read the policy ? Strongly suggestion should explain upon register/check in. Myself Cabin crew, this is the worst experienced I ever had. And the staff is not friendly at all. The hotel is dirty and many cockroaches.

The service of the front desk is very bad! When we check in, the staff show the face like not welcome us and impatient. The lift is very small and slow, if people with luggage only can fit 2 persons and 2 luggage. The bathroom and toilet is also very very small and exhaust fan is not working. Sound insulation is very bad! When you are in room, you can hear the footstep from ceiling.

Lack of service and lousy amenities. Cons: 1. There is not replenish of drinking water. Upon checking there are 6 bottles of drinking water. But subsequent stay for 6 days there is not replenishment at all. 2. Stated that every 3 days, there will be replaced of clean towels, blankets and clearing of waste. But upon 4th days, we must feedback to the counter officer that cleaning wasn't done and towels yet to replace with clean ones. Worst part is the counter office can tell us that blankets doesn't include but the Policy is clearly stated. 3. Poor noise insulation. We can hear footsteps walking outside the corridor. At 1-2 plus am, we can hear footsteps which very disrupting during sleeping. 4. Internet WiFi was down for 2.5 consecutive days. Counter staff blame on the ISP provider. 5. Requesting for additional pillow and blanket, we have to rent and pay 100Baht/day for pillow and 200Baht/day for blanket. Pros: 1. Slight cheaper rate as compare to others. But, don't worth the value for the lack of service and lousy amenities.
