The manager is really sly, they have really nice rooms at the hotel but gave us garbage rooms, with no windows and incredibly smelly, but after pressuring and threatening him he changed the rooms. And even after he gave us different rooms they still needed a lot of maintenance, had a lot of insects even on the beds and we even saw a lizard. I met many people at the hotel and he did the same thing to them. The staff were friendly.

Were at the end of June 2022, with my wife and son, on vacation. In general, we are satisfied with the hotel. The staff is polite and responsive. I will give two examples: my son has diabetes, having learned about it, they settled us in a room overlooking the Sea of Marmara. When it was time to fly away, we had some problems with tickets. The manager helped a lot by buying online three tickets to Trabzon. Wi-Fi, living room, toilet, bathroom clean. Basically worth the money. The hotel is located in the historical center of Istanbul - Sultanahmet area. Close to the Blue Mosque and Ayasofya.

Clearly one of the worst "hotels" I have ever stayed inside in my entire life. Too many things were completely horrible in this place. When you go to the bathroom, the smell will kill your last senses leftover in your nose. At night, people were standing infront of our window, screaming around and being very loud and disrespectful against other guests sleeping here. The reception was part of the outside night gatherings. I would have many more things to say but I am frustrated of even thinking about this place,so I will stop here. I hope that nobody ever finds his or her way inside here anymore.

This hotel is very cosy, clean and most importantly- the location is phenomenal, especially for the price. You can walk to all main attractions and even more - you can see them from the rooftop terrace! It’s open 24/7 so you get to enjoy sunrises and sunsets while sipping on your morning coffee. The people working here are professional and welcoming. They went an extra mile to make my stay memorable and helped me with advice on best things to try & do while in Istanbul. Other guests staying here were awesome too, overall Istanbul is not my favourite city, but I’d return for this hotel
