The rooms were very good. We got those with a connecting door. The hotel had kept bananas in our room.. brought a smile. Though we just stayed for 8 hours of sleep, the beds were very comfortable and gave us the perfect rest we needed. The cozy restaurant had good enough vegetarian breakfast options. It was buzzing with people on a chill Christmas morning... location is very good with walking distance to shops and eateries. The person at the desk gave us a warm welcome and made us feel comfortable.

Very Nice Hotel, conveniently located just off the noisy Old District of Hanoi and walking distance to the Lake and the other Busy Areas. The Reception is not on the Street Level, so you have to climb up a flight of Stairs to get to it, but it is large and comfortable to relax in. The Staff are Polite and Helpful. The Restaurant is next to the Reception, where a Nice Buffet Breakfast is served with plenty of variety. The Rooms are Spacious and Well Appointed. There is Study Desk, Chairs and Center Table, Electric Kettle with Tea/Coffee/Milk/Sugar Sachets, a Wine Cooler and also a Bathtub in the Washroom. The Bed is King Size and Very Comfortable. The Service is good and the Hotel is Very Comfortable to stay at. The only issue we had was our Room had No View - it was facing a Concrete Wall of another Property, so we had to keep the Curtains Drawn all the time. Since the Hotel was Full, they could not change our Room, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Other than this, everything else was Very Good.

Thien Thai Hotel provides a comfortable and welcoming stay with its prime location, well-appointed rooms, and exceptional service. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were truly nice and the hotel has adequate facilities, including a fitness center and a spa.

Had a great 4 days at Thien Thai Hotel. The rooms are clean, generously sized and well appointed. The breakfasts were excellent with a nice variety of western and local foods. The staff are very friendly, always looking for ways to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It's a brisk 25 minute walk to the north end of Kiếm Lake (hub of the old quarter), but the local neighborhood is also bustling with a good variety of restaurants to choose from.

Poor service, poor facilities. We stayed in six different rooms in this hotel. One of the showers was unusable. The water pressure was so low that in other bathrooms the main shower nozzle could not be used. The rooms are too small. The beds are hard. The staff is not helpful (except the doorman that helped with bags, he was awesome). The front desk staff was painfully unhelpful with our questions and requests. They make you pay for drinking water which I think is absurd. There are too many hotels in Hanoi to take a risk with this one. Go somewhere else.
