We lived here for a year. While the location is good, a lot of things cancel that one out. Staff are mostly nice but there was this certain receptionist who showed poor attitude when I had guests over. Management is so-so. Getting a work permit or gate pass approved is headache-inducing. Admin staff could have been more proactive but nope. Guess it's for you to sort that out. Electricity and water bill charges are too high as well. Stop charging tenants or owners the hallway airconditioning. Also, it doesn't make sense how a water bill would reach 8,000 pesos when there were only two people living in a unit, more so, when there was no water for 3 days.

Nice building with good amenities and in a prime location but this has to the WORST AND MOST INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION EVER ASSEMBLED. They continue to hire and fire people like a never ending circle of lazy and useless people. Megaworld spend some extra money and hire a better staff before they run this one into the ground.
