Our stay at Thymus was beyond expectations - beautiful property, very well curated and maintained, our room was lovely, and above all we greatly appreciated the hospitality! The breakfast included a lot of local delicacies. We received some amazing recommendations for food and places to visit. The team was prompt with everything and always more than willing to help. Five stars is not nearly enough - this property is truly special and far exceeds all expectations. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Matera, and it’s now the standard by which I’ll measure the service and quality of every hotel. It’s so apparent how much thought and care goes into every detail. Recommend booking the suite with the pool and Turkish bath if available - it’s simply stunning. Well done to everyone at Thymus on creating such an exceptional experience for your guests!
