Ok so this could be a higher rated hotel but they've got to get the pests under control. Entered a lovely room, was greeted by a roach. We killed several during our one night stay. I don't like roaches, even if you don't personally mind them. Dinner was lovely. Breakfast was great! Wonderful buffet with octopus soup, yams, greens, meat options, egg station and more. Top notch. I also LOVE a 24 hour restaurant! Baybay! They were the first place I saw oxtail on the menu. Oh the excitement was quickly followed by disappointment when they said: we are out of the oxtail. Apparently this is a typical world experience. Next time, hopefully. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing! The gym is small but good for a small workout like treadmill or some free weight pumps and squats. The location is near the port but a distance away from some markets. If you're a tourist, please do not let the taxi dudes invite themselves to your money. Ask prices first and don't be afraid to say no and walk away. Next to a bunch of phone shops who will also try to charge 4x the cost of anything because everyone wants to be capitalistic. Overall the stay was fine. AC worked well, hotel staff were fine. Reception just doesn't answer the phone when you call so you have to go down. Has the potential to be great. I'd stay again if they figured out how to deal with the critters

It was a nice stay me and my girlfriend here at Tiffany diamond hotel the rooms are so nice , the service is classic and organized, the gym is there too we loved it private gym , location near the Indian Ocean view and their breakfast was amazing and yummy too much . If you have your girlfriend or family it’s a nice classic hotel in daressalaam to stay and have some privacy too . I would love to come back next time and I hope this time I can get an offer to stay at your lovely nice hotel in daressalaam city cheers

It's very nice hotel to stay in Dar es Salaam. Close to everything and like 8 min by walk to the ferry. Rooms are big, comfortable and nice. Coffee and tea provided. Staff is really helpful.

Strong weird smell in the room. I dont know if it was the cleaning product or what but it stayed even in my clothes. Rooms are big and clean. The staff was nice and food in the restaurant was good. The roof terrace is really nice to have few drinks. Breakfeast was pretty nice and there were options. Unfortunately there is a mosque near by because the ”prayer song” woke us up at 5am. Not the hotels fault of course and problem all over Tansania but just good to know that your sleep will be interrupted :/ before and after that the sleep was good and the bed is really comfy!

In the absolute city center of Dar Es Salaam. The hotel offers decent services and a rooftop bar with an amazing view. Be prepared for western prices! The rooms are spacious and traditionally luxurious, and the wifi works decently. The staff is amazingly polite and tries to resolve every minor inconvenience. For a western tourist, an incredible value for money.
