attention dirty shabby hotel full of bed bugs!!! full of bed bugs in their terrible mattresses and duvets!!! hotel without reception. super noisy. People slam the door all night long. screams in the corridors! it smells of drugs day and night. very bad experience the worst was the bedbugs!

The hotel can be found under 2 names, so hard too find with google maps. Our stay was fine but I wouldn’t suggest it. There is not always someone present at the reception and if we had a question, they had to call someone for the answer. They barrely speak English but mostly Russia. So communicating trough translate was the only option. The room smelled musty but after spraying some perfume it was fine. The bed and bathroom were also fine. We couldn’t get our money back when we asked. Hygiene was good, only the air conditioning looked old

My only piece of advice would be never book this hotel! I booked a night for me and my husband two days ago. The photos on the website are completely fake! Once arrived at the reception nobody’s there and you have to call several times and wait for ages! At first the woman wanted me to come to another place to get the keys! Once arrived she could not find my booking but finally gave me the keys. The room is in very bad condition! (I told her about the amazing photos on booking and indeed she replied the photos were old LOL). Bathroom not working correctly full of water, conditioner not working, we sweated all night ! She refused to gave the refund so we stayed for only one night. Please lads never book at this hotel trust me! They steal you money! Very bad people in there!

Stayed for one week in King Deluxe room. It was nice and clean and cheap. We stayed durin Songkran (Thai New Year) where everyone has a water fight we came back wet these days the room was made up whenever you ask the house keeper is very nice. The shower does get the bathroom wet but it's fine. WiFi is good for most everyday things but trying to work sometimes it was a little weak.

I booked this place from Agoda for 10 days. But the room wasn't good for the reasons below, so I asked many times if it is possible to change the room, but they always said no. I really regret booking it for 10 days. - Room was not like the pictures, it was pretty tired, furniture was very old. - Air-con was very old, not working properly, constantly leaking water on the floor. - My room was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator. - There was no router on 5th floor so wi-fi signal was very weak. - My room was facing the street, there was constantly loud motorbike noise. - There was no permanent receptionist at the hotel. - The satellite signal was bad, so TV was unwatchable. - There were ants all over the room. And a handful of pros: - The location was quite good, close to Otop and Malin night markets. - There is a 7-11 next to it. - There was a fridge, kettle, TV and safe. - Water heater had good pressure and was usually warm enough. - You can use the pool of another hotel 5 minutes walk away. - Cleaning lady is very nice.
