Great location and walking distance near old quarter with very helpful staff. Clean rooms and very good hot breakfast including pho, fried eggs, fruit, etc. Attentive breakfast staff kept everything stocked. Front desk was very helpful choosing and good booking the perfect Ha Long Bay catamaran tour which exceeded all our expectations. Definitely recommend and would stay again next time!

The room provided was spacious . It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has limited choice. For halal requirements this place does not serve halal food. Distance is closer to old quarter but need to walk a bit.. there are other hotels within old quarter itself which would have been more convenient. This hotel was booked by a 3rd party for us.

pretty good value. location is decent, reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean (just don’t look under the beds, ha). only thing that wasn’t cool was the first room they tried to give us. one of the tiles surrounding the bathtub was smashed on the floor, leaving a gaping ominous hole, and the floor was dirty and wet. the staff changed our room with no questions—or any comments whatsoever—but yeah if there had been no free rooms then it would have been an issue. just fix that ish?!
