I live here. The building is literally the heart of the entertainment district. It has rogers center and CN tower ahead and Scotia arena behind it. The harbourfront is walkable and that place has great bars and restaurants with stunning views of the lake and the city airport. The best thing is there is a HUGE Longos shopping center in the basement. The apartments are a bit small but most of them have nice views. The only annoying thing about the building is the elevators can take a lot of time (sometimes). The building management has made a few strict rules that now have ensured the apartment is safe even though quite a few airbnbs operate here. If you work in the financial district, staying here can make your life easy. Enjoy the view from my apartment.

For the short time my boyfriend and I stayed at the airbnb there were multiple issues with water supply and the elevators were super slow (like what the other reviews are saying) . the view was incredible !

Amazing views, spectacular design. The security team made check-in quick and easy, both men we dealt with were friendly and professional. The unit we rented from Zhenzhen was amazing. Made attending a concert and going to the Aquarium very convenient. The interior is a bit lacking. Common areas are cramped, elevators are slow and unorganized, garbage chute-room reeks of takeout's past.

Booked a short term rental here. Didn’t even stay the night and cancelled with no refund because it was that bad. The unit was disgusting with dirty linens, floors, bathroom and just broken and run down. I understand these are privately owned so not the building’s fault. Where the building failed was with the poor security, half hour waits for elevators, and the countless safety concerns. A quick google search of this property will show murders and stabbings and even chairs flying off the balconies. I would not recommend staying here short term or long term.
