Was little hard to recognise this hotel by street view. Absolutely helpful and kind service. Room we got had plenty of space. Everything was as good as on pictures. Unfortunately we just stayed a few hours because we had to catch an early morning flight so haven't had chance to try breakfast. Room setup has kettle and mugs, also instant coffee what was life saver for us. Quick check in and check out, parking place was available at hotel area.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The fridge is good but takes a long time to cool down. Good breakfast. A few things to improve: - extractor fan in bathroom is not very good. Room stays steamy for a long time. - the big towels are nice but they could save 50% of laundry costs if they got towels half the size which would still be big enough. - juice at breakfast needs to be more watered down - too sweet. Could save themselves money here too. - boiled eggs need to go into cold water so they are easier to peel.

Abysmal. Nothing about this place is what it seems in photos. Stayed there the first night in Antalya...never again. The difference between the online photos and the reality was so striking that I had to check to make sure I'd booked the right place. Some issues of note: - Reception is cramped and generally unpleasant. Everything is old and dusty, wearing a veneer of lack of care. - The lift is tiny and slightly rickety. - Because people smoke directly in front of the entryway, stale smoke permeates the entire reception area. - Upstairs, the hallway lights are motion sensored and click off at the most inconvenient times (like, say, when you're fiddling with the cumbersome door lock - no key cards here!) - The rooms had potential once, but are extremely tired now. Furniture is outdated, linens are dingy and threadbare. The entire room smells of damp. - Housekeeping clearly does the absolute bare minimum. Simple fixes - like scuffed walls and dirty fridge doors - aren't attended to. The entire experience felt like a huge bait and switch. I was overwhelmed and disgusted to the point where I sat at the edge of the bed on a plastic bag the entire night and prayed for morning. My head never hit the pillow and I never pulled back the sheets to explore whatever might be found there. I could go on for at least another 750 words, but you get the point, yes? Breakfast was included, but you couldn't pay me...... I couldn't get out of dodge fast enough. Avoid at all costs and skip the skedaddle. Consider yourself warned.
