Second visit there. Must say the breakfast buffet was amazing and the service there was so friendly! Our room was clean. Nice big flat screen on the wall beds were comfortable. The location well it's Toronto, especially being where the Don Valley is. Give yourself time to get there! Other than that we enjoyed ourselves!

This time I had an awesome room and a lovely stay. The balcony overlooked the pool, but it was quiet, so that was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and I loved the heated bathroom floor. If you want a really nice updated room with fridge, microwave and a working air conditioner upgrade your room! A little more money but definitely worth it. Looking forward to returning!

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely terrible & frankly unacceptable experience. I checked in and went to the room which was in abysmal repair. There was dust on most surfaces of the room (see picture of nightstand) so it clearly had not been cleaned with any real effort. The toilet was not working properly (the tank would not fill and the water would simply keep running - also pictured). There were stains all over the walls and sheets. It was just a dirty and disgusting room. I went back to the front desk and ultimately checked out within 1 hour of checking in. They didn't care. No offer to actually clean the room to fix the toilet or put us in a different room. Simply terrible experience from start to finish. Total waste of money too. Ended up leaving a staying in downtown Toronto.

My stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The room had an unpleasant odor, lacked a lounge chair, and the dim bathroom lighting was far from ideal. Safety was a concern, exacerbated by challenging elevator accessibility for disabled guests. Additionally, the absence of included parking and outdated pool facilities, especially in colder weather, detracted from the overall experience. The limited amenities further contributed to a less-than-ideal stay.

Old, poorly-cleaned rooms with rickety furniture. Staff is also not the best. Rude housekeepers and front desk staff. Would never stay here again Edit: don’t you just hate it when management refuses to take accountability and better themselves and just obfuscate by handwaving your experience and disregarding your feedback? I will reiterate, some of the front desk staff (mainly the men) were not polite at all, and 2/3 housekeepers we had the displeasure of speaking to were extremely rude. If you don’t want to do anything about it, fine! But don’t dismiss valuable feedback! Do better!
