The staff is excellent! Thanks Denise for all the information and service. All reception, restaurant and bar staff were very welcoming, keep this up guys! Great spacious room, big balcony. Felt really comfortable. Hotel is great value for money. Also loved the breakfast. Pool still open in oktober ! Most hotels around closed it. And easy access to the beach. I really didn't mind paying for a beachchair. The cleaning:Unacceptable for 5 stars to find dark hairs on bed, extra blanket and in the bathroom. Found dust everywhere also. 10 am checkout is way too early.

Pros Easy access to beach. Spacious rooms with a decent balcony. The fourth floor bar was nice, they even made the drink i asked for which was not on the menu. Cons Wash basin had drainage issues. Head shower doesnt work. only the hand held one works. Bath foam was not replenished after the room clean. "The Gym" has ONE treadmill and ONE cyclying machine. I went to the reception to ask for the extension for the checkout (actual check out time is 7 am to 10 am) as my flight was delayed. The receptionist said the latest she could give was 11:30. We asked if we could pay extra and extend the stay for another night, she said she can give us a very good discount and would be 80 Euros, when the online price (without discount) was 77 Euros for the same room

Horrible hotel, not worth 5 stars at all. Staff is rude (especially on the beach) and facilities are a joke. They have a “wellness area” consisting of 2 fitness machines, in this “gym”, it smells like smoke all the time. We flagged this to the staff but they reacted arrogant and did not do anything. You need to pay for everything, parking, egg for breakfast, beach.. this makes the hotel way overpriced for what you get. Rooms are small and the bed is horrible. Worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to. When we tried to go to the restaurant on the 4th floor, they did not let us in because they had “no room”, while there were literally 3 tables filled. Again very rude and not customer friendly at all.

the rooms are dirty and the air conditioning does not work. First, we were offered a room where people had been smoking and the smell also matches that. There is a strange smell in the rooms anyway. The service is very poor, bags are not brought to the room, you only get one key and there are many people running to look at the malfunctioning air conditioning. However, the room cannot be changed. So we wait here awake, sweaty. The rooms are also old fashioned and the beds are bad. With this star rating, you would expect much more than you can get in this hotel.

The hotel is not 5 starts , it’s 3.5 maximum , don’t expect 5 starts you will get disappointed, they charge 5 star. Breakfast is 3 starts , Ohhhh horrible cappuccino! Worst in Italy so far . Very unprofessional staffs Food is horrible in restaurant special buffet one , un- eatable , don’t even try it Expensive parking /15 euro per day One key for each room only if you ask you must wait . No bottle water in the room. You must pay for it . The only nice things are two pools . That’s it Room are clean but not 5 starts No tooth brushes , Broken toilets
