Our stay was wonderful and the room was clean and had great features. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the area the hotel is in and loved every moment of it. Free breakfast is a plus and the food was delicious and I really appreciated the people who made our breakfast and asked us to try the miso soup even if we knew little Japanese. The front desk was always cheerful and courteous to us and made me appreciate the hotel chain. Cleaning was done on Saturday and they had even folded some of my significant other's clothes which we thought was way too nice of them to do we had almost felt guilty for it. All in all, a great hotel to stay at and will be definitely coming back to explore Omori with this hotel as our stay.
