We had high expectations due to al the positive reviews, and the hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are beautiful and spacious (one minus; bath didn't get warm), but most importantly the STAFF here are amazing. Thank you for your warm welcome and guidance

The hotel is located in a quiet area with a great view of a small lake and green trees. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge and romantic. The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. The hotel is also family-friendly, and they have a BBQ area near the lake. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The street to the hotel is very small, so it can be difficult to get in and out if you are driving car. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective, as the unit was old and the room was large. The reception area was also very hot, as they did not open the air conditioning or fan.

We were booked at Tra Que for 2 weeks but due to family problems at home we had to leave a week early. Sarah on reception did her best to make a very difficult time less awful for us. The staff were amazing. The rooms clean and comfortable. We were given a choice of two room. The food was delicious. If you want a quiet place to chill and relax this is the place for you.

We stay almost a month here, and we love it! Our daughter like the pool she’s 2,5yold and the big space of small pool for kid is fun. The room is clean and comfortable, the view of the high trees on the back is lovely, in the morning to take the free bike from them and biking to the beach and before that will be passing the nice field of vegetables farm surrounds. The restaurant in the Hotel is nice and high quality, it’s just not for daily food unfortunately. The personel even until the Housekeepers t he y all nice people and giving us a family feeling. They help us a lot too outside the Hotel subject. Thanks and Good luck! Maybe we’ll see again soon!

Beautiful villa/mansion. The best part of this stay were the wonderful staff! They are really kind and happy to help ay any time. However the biggest disadvantage of staying is the narrow road that grab car drivers have to go in and out of. Its so narrow that some drivers do not want to go through it… Besides that, the rooms were spacious and clean and they have everything you need to make the stay comfortable.
