Really nice quite hotel, we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel staff were very lovely and explained everything very well to us. They even arranged a ride to the airport for the other couple we were travelling with. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was nice and hot with lots of shampoo and body wash. The location of the hotel was nice and convenient to many places around us. We didn't have any issues finding food, drinks or shopping.

The room does not have a window at all but for the price, it's very clean, beds are comfortable and most of all, the STAFF were all very polite and extremely helpful. Some of them have a good command of English but those without were also very helpful. Service wise, five stars to them, even the room cleaning lady!

Perfect location, soft comfy beds, warm shower, quiet even tough location is rifht in the heart of everything. Employees are very helpful. Great place to stay in the old quarter.

STAY AWAY, health hazard!! There is mould / mold in the hotel rooms!! We saw and smelt it as soon as we walked into the room. There was also hair on the bed. We spoke with the hotel and they refused to fully refund us, they only gave us 30% refund for the second night when we didn’t even settle into the room or stay for a night. The hotel staff are liars and scammers, they lied to us and Agoda. We booked another hotel.
