Hotel is in a great location in the heart of old quarter. Just one block from the lake. Room was clean and very pretty little balcony. Stocked mini bar and lots of options for snacks, all reasonably priced. Services were great and very easy to use. We got laundry and booked a last minute Halong Bay tour and they were so amazing. Gave us tons of options that were half the price of online. Great English, very friendly. 24/7 desk and cute sky bar upstairs Felt very safe in such a chaotic area. Seriously you need to stay here.

The staff are wonderful, comfortable beds, clean rooms, no strange smells! Windows to the outdoors. We would definitely recommend it! Great location in the old quarter walking distance to the lake and tons of shops and restaurants.

Great hotel and a staff in the Old quarters in Hanoi. Good value for the money. Great staff that does everything to make you feel good and helps out your travel.

I’m really hating my room and this hotel. The room is tiny, smells bad from sewer(?), no window, and all the noise from the lobby, which is marble and hard scape is bouncing right up the stairs into my room. It’s like a noisy party in the lobby all afternoon and evening. Noise from room above and side is also loud, like hard surfaces banging. There are a zillion hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. Avoid this one.
