This is a great place to stay and Manuel’s attention to detail is just incredible. There is an array of nice additions of ornaments etc around the flat and he left breakfast for us for our stay. Manuel left us with a bunch of recommended restaurants and ice cream shops as well as local transport options that were really helpful. I would highly recommend Manuel’s flat and will look forward to returning sometime in the future.

Manuel's apartment was very special. Beautifully and stylishly decorated with charming vintage touches and extremely spacious. The beds were very comfortable & the air con was superb. We were visiting Rome for the first time with two teenagers and it was in the middle of a heat wave. If we hadn't been able to spend a few hours in the middle of the day relaxing in the wonderfully cool apartment our whole experience would have been much less enjoyable. Trastevere is a fantastic part of Rome - full of delightful restaurants, cafes and bars. Manuel is a superlative host providing a huge amount of information & recommendations for the area & being extremely quick to respond to any questions. He met us personally at the apartment and talked us through everything. Lovely, charming guy. We could not have wished for a better place to stay for our first trip to this beautiful city. Thank you Manuel!

Manuel was an amazing host and provided so much communication and information on places to eat and things to do. The apartment was perfect, allowing us to cook a few nights & we were able to walk to many places to enjoy Rome. Thanks Manuel for a wonderful stay. Cannot wait to stay there again!

We stayed (we are two couples) for three nights on the occasion of the Bruce Springsteen concert in Rome on 21 May 2023. The apartment is hospitable, well furnished and complete with everything: two double bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen equipped with provisions , plates and glasses and also an excellent coffee machine and a kettle. Manuel is a very kind and helpful host, and keeps the apartment in perfect maintenance and always very clean. Very close to the Trastevere train station and the Porta Portese Sunday market, in a twenty minute walk you can reach the nightlife area of Trastevere and in 30 minutes by bus you are in the center or at Termini Station.
