Superior studio: exceeded my expectations honestly mainly because of cleanliness, utilities & furniture like sofa/ bed also kitchen that contains all or more than what's needed like oven, microwave, utensils etc... Bathroom is clean with liquid soap & also TV I was impressed that it's connected to internet and was able to watch vids on UT among many other things that really deserve 3 to 4 times the price of the room. Free breakfast which is good Staff are polite, respectful, professional and friendly. Place is a villa which is great cause there are no floors or rooms for other purposes which is common nowadays and really annoying so that's a plus. Parking just in front of it for free . Nearby markets and coffee shop so just couple of minutes walking distance to buy groceries etc. Location for me was great cause it's not far from highway and was so easy to reach . I extended my stay for more days and definitely will stay there again and again. Staff was kind and gave me a room for late checkout considering my circumstances. That's the most imp. Points that came to mind. On the 4th floor there is a nice terrace. Air-conditioned room with ionizer built in . So nice smell always. Again great value for money especially when reserving online. But call and ask 1st . I had a wonderful stay Hope that helps. Greetings

Coming from India to stay here in Egypt. This is the apartment is the best apartment I had rented in Cairo. The room are so clean and everything is fantastic. Stuffs are very friendly and helpful. Manger is a very gentleman, he is too young and always talking with polite manner. The area where it is located is absolutely fantastic. I would like to recommend you to stay in this apartment if you are in Cairo.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the pictures in the advert does not do any justice. Please note that this is not a hotel but a self catering villa with questionable surroundings and not clean at all. I would not recommend if you used to a cosmospolitan style of travel
