There are some exceptions but overall great value for the money. If you go, stay in the newly renovated/updated rooms. Very nice and exceptionally clean! Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a nice indoor pool and a great restaurant that is next door that is really good. The location is not close to main attractions but it is easy to get to all of Ottawa from there. There is a lot of shopping close by. Can’t beat the price. Not very soundproof so I would bring earplugs. But I found the bed and bedding extremely comfy and the decor very nicely updated again, for the price. Also there are free specialty coffees and hot chocolate drinks from a cool machine at the front desk that you can help yourself to. This is a clean and comfortable place I was very satisfied with my stay.

Can't say enough! From Brigid's friendly welcome at front desk. Being able to check in early.. Pet friendly..treats for our little pup Great pool! Fantastic location with nice bar/restaurant on-site and Wendy's across the road. Clean comfy room with friendly staff. We thank you for a job well done. We will be back!

Joselyn and her team, are BY FAR the most praiseworthy group of professionals I've encountered at any hotel anywhere. They've been able to effectively juggle professional approach to customer service with empathy and sense of urgency and meeting their business needs. Week in and week out, they've gone out of their way to accommodate my unpredictable circumstances and schedule, while managing a very busy operation. They didn't have to go out of their way to accommodate my unusual circumstances and make this hotel feel like a home away from home, but each and every person working here, treated me like family...maybe not like immediate family, but probably close enough to third cousin from a favorites uncle's side... 😉 With a number of hotels in the area, I will never stay anywhere else as long as Joselyn and her team are here! PERIOD. Thank you all!🙏
