Its a great location for backpackers. If you are more of a tourist which just wanting to place to stay with easily accessible public transportation , it is a great choice. If you would like a good breakfast, a comfy bed, you could choose another hotel which in the same price point.

Staffs were not helpful at all. Shower water is cold. When asked why the shower water is cold they simply said the whole building is the same, water is only warm (which is not even true because the water temperature is not bearable for a 2 min shower)

This is great hotel, I would say some people who gave bad ratings due to service must be people who asking for too much from staff or being rude, for me they are pretty friendly. Also please understand sometime things happened, like aircond down, it is normal electricity will broken, somemore this hotel operate 24/7, so blame ur bad luck, dont blame the hotel, unless you say you visited 10times, 10times the aircond still haven't got repaired. And those who bring kids, guests pay money for hotel not children playground, please teach kids some manners. They running, playing and speaking laud in corridor, interrupting other guests rest, and they being scolded by staff are all because of failed parents. Not staff fault, it is parents fault. And please la... don't say I paid money so I deserve better service, it is only less then RM200 per night per room, what level of service is expected? wish people treat you like a king or queen? Then you should go rent a 5 stars hotel.
