Name describes the place. Most suitable for travelers on the go. Where you can spend a couple of nights before traveling. An efficient place that has a restaurant, necessary room and bathroom equipment (you need to ask for items like pressing iron from front desk) and located in the heart of Woolwich where you can shop for almost all you need. Security measures are in place and you need your card key to access the rooms. Quite affordable and staff are helpful (when available). Will come back if passing through

Evening staff were incredibly rude and seemed stretched as customers waited over an hour to just check in whilst i had waited for over 4 hour for our food to which it came out cold. The rooms were filthy with black mould in the shower and dead flies all on the window seal. The aircon rattled throughout the night altough the staff had moved rooms for us the next room had the exact same issues. I do not believe this place is value for more at all and I am extremely disappointed.

After quickly checking in, we got stuck outside the room as one of the keys didn't work so we had to go back down. There was no toilet paper in the room when we got in after travelling for over 3 and a half hours. The shower had soap all over the bottom of it and the bed had BLOOD STAINS! The only thing that went well was asking for toilet roll as we went down to get some and got handed some immediately. The room smelled musty and was freezing at night.

First of all the rooms are dirty have cracks on the walls and bugs inside them. The beds are not comfy at all they are like metal sheet. I was staying in a family room it didn’t even have a wardrobe. The tv was really small It has a hdmi cord but non on the tv. Some times in the night every thing just closes down and nothing works. Also when you first go into the room you can’t feel the heating you have to ask them to give a heater half of the time they probably won’t. The shower is not good it had dirt inside had to wash it. We were cancelled from dartford hotel because we were to late and they gave us the worst room. The manager that lady is so stubborn you ask her something she doesn’t do it she just stayed in the office doing nothing all day. Also the staff doing nothing when we were going someone was waiting inside for the receptionist but he was smoking outside with his friends and talking and he even saw the customer. Also when you say can you come clean my room they say they clean every week which is dumb because nearly all other hotels or travel lodge does it every day when you put the paper that asks them to clean your room also there is a paper that put out to restock your towels and tea not even toilet paper dirt every where in the bathroom and they don’t even restock your tea only the towels they don’t even Change the bed sheets. The only thing that is good about this place is that the location close to all stores and fast foods but overall the atmosphere is still not good.
