We enjoyed the 3 nights stay at this hotel. It had all the needed amenities, including breakfast each morning with ample selection. Very courteous and helpful staff. Thank you

I think the room was basic, no fridge! But the staffs were all friendly Olga, she was a a joy to talk too. The food was okay not much variety for my tasty pallette. Location excellent- Bus 53, takes into town in 43mins. Perfect. Overall it was a good stay and may I add it was clean.

Affordable, good transport links and clean rooms. The customer service was excellent (a man with glasses, a lady with curly brown hair and another lady with straight hair were all friendly and helped us with directions). It was my first time in Madrid and the positive hotel experience made things easier.

No air-conditioning for room 120. Asked repeatedly if management would turn that side of the hotels AC on and they refused. Other floors had it but not ours. Cost saving measures. Other than that staff were nice. Rooms spotlessly clean. Good bathroom. Excellent showers. Great transport links into Sol outside the hotel. Plenty of bars/restaurants close by. 20 mins from airport. Just get a taxi. Breakfast a little overpriced for €10.00.

First time in Madrid, non Spanish speaker and every single member of the staff was extremely nice and professional and could speak English! It's actually quite surprising that the hotel is cheap when compared to other hotels in Madrid and it's relatively modern (I stayed in a similar price range-location hotel in Lisbon and it looked to be 50 years old) but I guess the main reason is that it's a bit far from the city center but in a nice neighbourhood and there is a bus stop literally in front of the hotel that will take you for 1.5 euro to the city center in 30 min! The brunette thay stays in the afternoon was extremely nice and always greeted me with a warm smile whenever I crossed the lobby. This hotel was a great cost benefit for a 3 day trip to Madrid, I would advise spending a little more if you'd like a more comfortable stay though.
