Well located. All steps were easy and quick. Throw booking or WhatsApp. We had a few inconvenience, when we arrived the apartment was not cleaned, but cleaners arrive 2 minutes after we spoke with the contact person, and one of the showers was broken, so a lot of water went out and flood the bathroom floor. It was a pretty noisy night, AC is loud, we had to turn it off to sleep. There's no elevator, so if you are in the last floor, after a day walking throw the city, it's not easy to reach. But overall, our experience was really good

The rooms and stairs have a really noisy floor, which bothered us a lot. Overall it was really nice and well decorated room, with great amenities (such as a Nespresso machine), but the noise of people going up and down the stairs was pretty bad. We were even trying to walk in a more silent way, but every step caused noise no matter how light it was.

Avoid apartment 1T like the plague! Unsure if it was just this apartment as I have since read multiple other reviews on booking sites which mention this apartment by name. I wish I'd known! They were unable to move us to another apartment (despite getting our hopes up and telling us they could!), so can't vouch for the others. Only stay here if you're an incredibly heavy sleeper. Soundproofing is so bad it sounded like we were living under a family of horses whenever upstairs so much as breathed. Air con was broken so couldn't even drown them out with that. We left after two nights and they refused to refund us the remaining two nights. Very poor.

Very nice decor with beautiful tall ceilings (2nd floor) which felt very spacious. Nice to have a place to relax in during a week long stay in Porto. Kitchen is fully equipped which was nice to make some meals (groceries are pretty inexpensive compared to Canada)! Check in/check out was easy, owners are just a text away and will answer questions 24 hours/day. There is a free cell phone to use during your stay. Cleaning is available if requested. Bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent as many attractions and restaurants are a short walk away. The only downside was the building is located at an intersection of a busy road so the traffic can be a bit loud at some times of the day (if you are used to staying in quiet places you may notice). Also, there is not much space to hang clothes (only 4 hangers). Overall, the place is lovely and would highly recommend it.
