I loved my experience with the aparment. The location is fantastic, especially if you're visiting Porto for the first time. It is very central. The admin team is great to communicate with. This is a great plus when travling in a foreign country.

We spent 22 hours’ flight and finally arrived the apartment. But there is no hot water for showering. Moreover, we contact the hotel with the phone number they provided but no one answer the phone. We are very disappointed with this terrible service.
