Just got back from this amazing holiday, everything was done to perfection over the Christmas period, the hotel is spotless, the housekeeper does an amazing job. The restaurant staff will go above and beyond to accommodate all. The bar staff is simply the best. Because it was out of season, we had our pick of sun lounges, over all it was the perfect place to be for Christmas

Lovely hotel! The rooms are huge and so clean, the maids come everyday to tidy and clean. Everything you could need in the rooms. There are loads of sun beds, although you do get quite a few people reserving beds early in the morning - if you come down after 9am you may struggle for a bed. The food is pretty basic, nothing special but very extensive - would say there’s easily something for everyone! There is also food available at literally any time of day so you’ll never go hungry! We tried the Italian restaurant one night and the food was delicious and the staff very attentive. Most of the staff are friendly and wanting to help, where others could be rude. The lobby bar was such a lovely place to unwind with drinks at the end of the evening, and the bar manager was amazing! Lots of activities going on and nice music around the pool - the only thing I found annoying was the people trying to sell you spa treatments coming over to your sunbeds every single day, but that’s only a small pet peeve. Would say it is more of a 4 star hotel than a five, but would definitely recommend!

Great value for money, was definitely a level above other all-inclusive places we've been in terms of the rooms and facilities. Very family friendly. Lots of families with babies, including us which made us feel comfortable. There's a kid show every night. I would say they are missing a trick by not having servers come to you around the pool all day. They do have a couple of lads on rollerblades but I think during our week there we got offered a drink twice. You have to get up and go to the bar which I know doesn't sound too taxing, but my favorite thing from other all-inclusive holidays has always been the service and how they come over and tend to you all day long which isn't the case here. Food really good, rooms very nice, everyone in the hotel friendly and helpful.

This hotel is not 5 stars at all. Firstly a constant fight for sunbeds if you aren't up every morning before 7am. Secondly the sunbeds are tightly packed so you struggle to get access to the pools. There are 2 sets of steps around most pools but no ideal if you've to walk right round the pool to get to them. The pool area is not cleaned, so sunbeds aren't moved and cleaned underneath so lots of ants and cats around taking food from tables once people are in the pool or have gone. The food in the main restaurant is more or less the same all week. No real theme nights for the food apart from one section. Went for breakfast one day and there was shepards pie and chips put out for breakfast. The internal of the hotel is nice and the rooms are OK. On check out we agreed to keep one of the rooms on woth reception as we were with family and had 3 rooms. Upon one family member returning to the room on the last day to pack, there were 2 security guards and other members of staff trying to remove all the family cases from the agreed room, they then sat outside the room for a further hour until we had spoken to our rep who sorted this out. If you are allergic to cats also don't go, as they are in the outside areas of all the eating parts and around the pool areas. Not what you have in mind for a relaxing holiday.
