This hotel was acceptable enough and is in a decent location. It is probably at the right price point and it is maintained relatively well but there were a few issues that meant I decided to cancel my return visit. I will say however that the service was of a good standard and my room was very spacious and clean. First off, the bed was sadly quite uncomfortable and pretty hard meaning that after 30 hours travelling, I didn’t get the comfort I was hoping for. The sink in the bathroom filled up almost immediately when the tap was turned on and took a while to drain. The pressure in the shower was unfortunately bad. I was also disappointed to look out the window of the room and to see a collection of cigarette butts on the small ledge where the air conditioning unit was - I understand that this was as a result of the behaviour of other guests, but I’d still have expected the hotel to clean it up before another guest arrived. My room was located in another building which don’t feel totally safe walking to during the night. My final issue is that the hotel take a 500 THB deposit for the room key. The room key was a key card - these do not cost 500THB to replace and not a single other hotel that I stayed in thought out Thailand told a deposit for the room key.

Location and staff are great no complaints but the rooms are far from ok. On the surface, if I took pictures they would look ok. But the closer you look at the rooms the worse they are. The air con was far too noisy. The air handling unit out side the window was too loud, the fridge was way to noisy to be next to a bed. If I was in the four beds show. I wouldn't return. Infact I cancelled my next visit in December and went for another hotel in close proximity. I can't fault the staff, but the rooms were dark and stunk of damp on top of the issues noted above.

The location is perfect, right in the city center, near BTS and MRT. A lot of food shops, coffee shops,convenient stores, and massage shops around. Room is specious and modern decorated, but our superior room was just without any view or view to opposite building's parking lot. What I like in this hotel is that it's a big swimming pool on the 9th floor with an amazing view to skyscrapers, especially in the evening. Breakfast 180 thb per person, and we didn't try it, so I can't tell how it is. Staff at reception are very polite and friendly and gave us room at 10.30 a.m. it was good that we don't need to wait until 14.00.
