The friend at the reception was very helpful. Service is good. There was a smell in the ground floor rooms. There is no elevator for the room on the top floor. And the rooms could be better. It was small. Cleanliness needs improvement.

The hotel was not able to provide the service I booked (single room instead of double, lacking offered facilities like a bath, coffee maker in the room, sofa, bath robe, welcome drinks, etc.). They were not able to give me the right room, because they were „overbooked“ according to the information on check in. Late evening I had to look for an other hotel.

Hotel located in a very quiet place and easy to access by tram from the central station. Staff very nice and clean, spacious room.

We had a horrible stay here. There is horrible insulation in this hotel and you hear conversations, music and noise from the hallway, above, and to the sides of your room. Sleeping with ear plugs is a must. The room was small and very poorly decorated. There was a strange liquid on the side of the bed as you can see in the pictures. For the money, I would find somewhere else to stay in Frankfurt.
