Very nice rooms, very clean and a lot of space! The owner picked uf the phone even it was after midnight. Also the clenaning lady was super nice and friendly! Highly recommend!

My room was exactly the same as the pictures. Big market-sized shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (instead of small hotel shampoos that dry your hair so much), hairdryer, iron & ironing table, wet wipes, towels, stove, pepper & salt, cutlery, nespresso machine, free coffee and tea capsules, little cookies as a complementary gift, comfortable bedding, lots of sunlight (my room was on the left side of the corridor), warm room in winter even without the A/C, central location (near monastiraki and syntagma) were all great and a plus for me each. Only downsize was no slippers, troubled code system on room door (it doesn’t work well sometimes), very late checkin time and no allowance for early check in (checkin time is 3pm), early check out time (10 am normally but they allow you until 11) and unstabilized prices (I booked for 47.5 euros per night on Booking, paid 60 euros for 3rd night and 50 euros for 4th night directly to staff even though they were all weekdays) and troubled communication sometimes with the staff. Checkin and checkout times ideally should be 1pm and 12pm imo but I guess it’s hard to clean as quick as in hotels. They let you leave your luggage in the corridor which is a must for such late check in and early checkout times. To sum up, great place to stay other than few minor problems. I would definitely consider staying here again when I come back to Athens.

Plenty of room for family of 4. The communication was great. Very easy check in and checkout. The location is also great only being 12min walk to the Acropolis and very close to markets and restaurants. Great value for money.
