Trisara Villas & Residences Phuket

We stayed here for 3nights last week and held our beach wedding in rTrisara. This is the best experience we’ve ever had with a hotel. Trisara means “the garden in the third heaven”, and it truly lived up to its name. Room: The room was remarkable. We stayed at “Oceanview pool villa” room 204, and the view at the infinity pool was out of this world. We regret not spending enough time in the room just to lie on the sun-bed and enough the sunshine and the spectacular view. The room was not only incredibly spacious, but also well decorated in modern Thai style. The wash and bath supplies are so good that we even asked to buy a few. Staff & Service: We felt the warmest hospitality throughout our stay at Trisara. Every staff we meet no matter where in the hotel will stop/slow down and greet us. The buggy service was incredibly handy and responsive with minimal waiting time. The airport pickup service was also great and comfortable. Wedding: We booked our wedding at the lower deck. Our wedding managers are Kate & KJ. The communication during planning and preparation were made through conference calls and they went smoothly. Albeit few information got lost in transmissions, everything was fixed in time.As we live abroad, we had to do the rehearsal and food tasting only on the day before the wedding. Things were arranged perfectly. The night before the big day, we opened up the luggage and realized that our wedding gown needs proper ironing and we called Kate in emergency. She helped us to arrange for professional laundry shop outside the hotel early next morning and all the logistics. Eventually we got the gown in time. There were a few incidents during the day and they took care very well. The whole event went perfectly! A special thanks to khun Kate & KJ for their hard work and it totally paid off. Food: The food we had were wonderful. The breakfast was not most plentiful, but was of top quality. We ordered floating breakfast for one morning, and it was wonderful. The food was still hot when the tray went into pool. The burgers at the western restaurant (same place where they served breakfast) were amazing. PRU, the michelin restaurant sitting right outside the hotel offered a unique and memorable dining experience of local condiments and flavor. The boutique shop: This is only place in Phuket we found high quality products that worth buying for us. There are many products in the shop that’s limited to the hotel and can’t be found elsewhere. We bought a few cloth dyed postcards，a necklace and a set of shell products. Albeit expensive, they were unique and of top quality. Overall, we loved the hotel, the staff, the wealth of tropical forest , the hermit crabs, and literally everything there. This is a top class secluded luxury resort and we’d hope to come back every once in a while (if we have enough money lol)

I stayed here for a special occasion. I loved the privacy, the private pool, and the villa design. The location is nice, the villa is roomy and the service from every member from Trisara team was exceptional. Memorable experience.
