Triton Park Apartments

The dirtiest apartment I have ever been to, an uncomfortable bed, lack of air conditioner, Overused facilities. But a very nice receptionist responds quickly to requests. Please, hire qualified cleaning staff, renovate rooms and everything will be okay but low quality for now.

NEVER AGAIN. Most google reviews seemed nice, and perhaps other appartments were nice but our room on the 2nd floor (nr 03) was NASTY. We arrived in the evening, having driven all day. No reception, doesn't seem like a hotel either, just a group of appartements. But self check-in was uneventful all be it complex, but clear trough the messaging trough booking. On first glance the appartment looks nice, but if you take a better look there are so many things wrong. Mostly: LIVE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. Just that alone would have been a reason for us to leave, but as it was quite late we didn't have much options. The staff cant possibly be unaware of the bugs, they are just in plain view and someone put bug traps in out of view places. see photos Further shortcomings: - NO smoke detector (ACTUAL SAFETY HAZARD) - Open/broken electical sockets (ACTUAL SAFETY HAZARD) -Ants (getting overshadowed by the cockroaches but they do deserve credit). -Broken lights everywhere, or simply missing, I mean why replace a broken item if you can just not put a light bulb back? -Kitchen with incomplete cutlery. -AC that simply does not cool enough (running all the time but it's still 28 degrees in the bedroom) -Dust and grease everywhere. -Broken curtains. -Nasty open fan in the bathroom. - Open/broken electical sockets (ACTUAL SAFETY HAZARD) -No kitchen towel to dry hands or to dry any dishes. -No wine/water glass (just coffee cups) -Freezer section of fridge is broken -No kitchen papertowels. -All furniture seems to be broken, slightly damaged or poorly fixed. - Probably was a nice place when it was new but looks like it has been neglected for a long time. - A 2person bed (creacks like hell), and actualy a 1.5 bed. Positives: -Wifi works, hence my ability to write this review. - Supermarket very close by. -If you like to study cockroaches in detail, their ability to "play dead" when the light comes one, but move as soon at you get close, you'll have a field day here. -If you like a small treasure hunt, the self check in is a blast, you need to retrieve a key from the unlocked appartment, which has the keyfob for the garage on the other side of the building, you need a code and a other keyfob to open other door. Like an inverse escaperoom, not that bad to do. TLDR: Disgusting, dont run the risk of getting the nasty appartment we had, just go somewhere else or to an actual hotel.
