Compact but high tech room with a great view of the busy city underneath. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but for short stays, it's not bad at all. The small bathroom cube gets wet quite easily and if you ever step in with your outdoor shoes, it gets dirty also quickly. The location is close to everything in town and easy to walk or Grab. The service could be slightly better - there should be someone at the door to help with luggage or help with the chaos of taxis/Grabs at peak checkout time - it gets quite messy and crowded. Overall, not bad.

I loved everything about my room in this hotel except the food and chaos. I don’t know if it’s because I was ill on the day I arrived but the food tasted very weird and it wasn’t cheap. I also didn’t understand why there so many kids screaming at the reception/restaurant on the day I arrived. It was very annoying. Well, it was my birthday and they made me some tasty cakes with a gift. Overall, it’s a good hotel and I’ll recommend.

Super clean, faster services and friendly staff!! No complaints. The room was super cosy and neat. It is located in the heart of the city and just opposite to Hanoi railway station where everything is easily accessible. No kettle or coffee is offered, but that's not a problem at all, where many coffee shops are available nearby.

The welcome drinks tasted good. The room was spacious with a fantastic view and high quality design. Everything was very clean and neat. However, I do not know how to use the high tech in the room. The toilets lights kept changing colour and I did not know what to do to get it back to normal, and some lights turn on without pressing the switch at a certain time. This is a surely reccomend. Not to mention, location was very great. Very near the river.
