Great staff and clean common area. Ice machine on 2nd floor needs to be flushed and cleaned. We got green ice. Looked like moldy ice, but I didn't know ice could mold. New concept is nice, but a bit cramped. Difficult to get the hand soap out of the dispenser, but shower dispensers were easier to squeeze. Found hair in sink and on bathroom floor upon check-in, but rest of room seemed to have been cleaned. Fridge, but no microwave in room. Accessible microwaves at pantry area in lobby. Beer, wine and quick snacks available at pantry. Also a decent sized bar for a nightcap. Breakfast wasn't bad and there's good coffee, tea and cocoa 24hrs. Would stay again.

This hotel is really nice for the price and very clean. We mainly stayed here for the continental breakfast, but pancakes/waffles were not available for our stay. Also every morning, while eating breakfast, someone will try to sell you a timeshare and I’ve been getting weekly phone calls ever since asking the same. I really want to like this hotel, but not really worth it for someone to keep selling a timeshare unit.

Tru is typically super nice and my hotel of choice. This location in the past has been nice. However, I did kill a roach in my bathroom on my third night. Maintenance was sent up to spray “Hot Shot” Roach & Ant killer. Anyone knows that Hot Shot is cheap and does not get the job done most of the time. That same night two additional roaches were killed in the room. Not one front desk staff member asked me if I wanted to switch rooms they all just said “sorry.” I myself had to request a room switch. The manager did come the following morning to the new room to apologize and offered to redeem Hilton Honors Points for one night only. I asked three different staff members how often do they have pest control spray and I was given three different answers from each individual. This is important information that all personal staff should be aware of. As a frequent traveler and diamond member, I am very disappointed in how this situation was handled. One night worth of point redemption is not worth these nasty pest. I will not be back to this location. And will make sure those that I know who travel to the area do not stay here either. And the shower water reaks of a sewage smell!!! Horrific.

I stayed here back in October when I had a conference to attend. The hotel staff were great, rooms and lobby always clean. I loved that they had a free coffee bar 24/7. The only complaints I have are that the water smells horrific, nearly like you’re swimming in a sewer. I stayed here for 4 days and hated taking a shower because I smelt terrible when I got out! I gagged every time I showered and had to hold my breathe and make it quick. Then, when I was making the bed, I found someone’s nail in the bedding! Was really taken back and grossed out.
