Not a great experience here. Chose this place for its close location to downtown Savannah and that part did not disappoint, however, the rest of the experience did. Our first room was dark, and shortly after getting in there, we found “white bodily fluids” (yeah that kind, gross) on the headboard of the bed. No shower curtain in the restroom either. Cable did not work. So we switched rooms. Next room was dim and had a strange smell but thankfully was without bodily fluids so we settled. We were then woken up twice by housekeeping early in the morning trying to clean our room before we had even checked out, and then the front desk called and when my wife told them we weren’t checked out yet, attitude was given. Also, no free parking is provided. Just something to know. Wouldn’t recommend.

Stayed for the weekend and left early Monday morning not realizing I left my very sentimental childhood teddy bear stuffed inside my pillowcase in the room. When I called Demari at the front desk he was very helpful in assisting and went above and beyond to make sure it was found. This is our second stay here and always love the location, cleanliness and interactions with the staff.

Convenient location 1/2 mile from Riverside area; but no dining in the hotel as opposed to their website; no microwave oven in room, the view was to the wall of another building, $30/night valet parking and you must be patient when picking up your vehicle, not many options for dining walking distance. Attendant was very nice and courteous, and room was clean, pillows included a feather one on each of the Q beds, so it was ok for my 2 night stay on a last minute booking…

Came in town to get my child from college and decided to stay here for the night. Lobby was nice when you walked in. Rooms were clean, but there was a big bleach stain at the door of the room. Drain was also clogged when we showered, but room was decent otherwise. It is about 1/2 mile (18 minute) walk to any of the restaurants and shops. They offer valet parking for $30, or you can do street parking. There is a parking garage right across the street that has a door to the street where the hotel is and we paid $10 for the night (price list does say $17 daily, though). My only complaint is that when I walked in to check in, the front desk was having an issue with 2 other guests being booked for the same room. And from there I could see the customer service was not the greatest. And I had to wait for them to figure all of that out instead of someone else checking me in. If I hadn’t paid already, I may have walked out. Then when I asked for a later check out in the morning I was told it wasn’t available for me. 50/50 chance I would stay again, but I wouldn’t pay what I did for another night.

I normally put all four to five stars on everything. I normally do not put anything negative about a place unless it's really warranted. In this case I feel that it is warranted. The hotel overall is nice I found out that they recently change from breakfast in the morning to charging you for breakfast. We got here around 12:30 and asked if we could check in early and they said it would be $35 to check in early. They do not have parking they charge you $30 extra per night for parking. When I booked online I did not see that parking was an additional fee. They do have valet service. And I can say five stars is not enough for their valet service. Justin is amazing.
