A clean, cosy and hygienic stay in good neighborhood in Kyoto. They are very professional and even have a 24 hour reception, shuttle and staff who speak English. We booked the entire place and it was secure, fully equipped with enough storage space, kitchenette, bath tub, wifi and sundries. They are listed on Airbnb too.

The location is convenient, between Kyoto Station and the large Kyoto Aeon. It is convenient for shopping, but the sanitary environment is really poor. First of all, the gap between the stone steps at the door and the side of the house is full of spider webs, the kitchen utensils are messy, and the kitchen utensils are full of dust. There is a layer of fine dust on the top of the refrigerator. The stove and kitchen cabinets need to be moved to the small table to use it. It is extremely inconvenient to brush the hair behind the sofa. The Dyson vacuum cleaner placed next to the sofa is not clean and the dust box is hanging. I live with long hair and don’t dare to use it. I won’t consider renting this machiya again in the future.

You could say it's compact and good, but in other words, it's a little too small. The room is separated from the outside by a single sliding door, so even though there aren't many people passing by, you can almost feel the presence of people outside. It's a hideaway and clean, the bath and toilet are separate, the price is reasonable, and the location is near the station, but I don't think I'll return. I'll give it minus 1 star because it was difficult to use because of their good physique. I like the spinning series, so I have high expectations for other facilities.
