This is my second time went to The Haven; once with my wife and friends, and this round with my wife and our little daughter. I really like the suite type hotel room especially when kids were brought as well, so that you will have a separate private place when your kid is sleeping in the room and that will help not to wake them up. The location of The Haven is gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful limestone hill with awesome rock formation and not to forget the walking track built surrounding a small size lake (which I think can be utilized further for example more lake activity? or more interesting fish, lake animal?). I think in general, you can feel how close you are to nature. One more think which I think worth to mention, there were a pair of goose there at their pet section, and the sound of the goose gives you a sense of being at a suburban area, a village which I think is nostalgic and beautiful. But comment will be this - for a 5-star hotel, the facilities, overall staff friendliness, foods and food price, room built quality is just not there. It does feels like a 5-star hotel. More like a 3.5 star hotel. What I think will make me go there again will be the suite room which I think is worth the money if compared with any other hotels, and the nature, of course. Other than that, I personally don't think there is nothing much. Unless - if The Haven is a at least 4-star hotel and offer a better price (food, room), then maybe my review will be different.

“Fantastic suite with amazing views ” The Haven really lived up to its name. We enjoyed our stay from the very moment we stepped in the resort. Staff on duty were friendly, informative, and very clear when explaining. The suite is very spacious, well furnished, and clean. The view from the bedroom and balcony was awesome. The infinity pool is one of the best I've seen personally as it has the best view ever. It's so calming to swim and just looking out into the lake and forest/limestone structures in front of you. We were there on a weekday and practically had the whole pool to ourselves. Breakfast was an extensive enough spread, and the food served was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. The only thing that would have made the stay better was if there was a washer/dryer in the suite or even a coin-operated type at a common area. While they had laundry services, the timing may not be suitable for some.

The view is splendid and the environment is serene. A great place to relax. Although it is a resort but the setting is towards an apartment feel layout. Not sure about connectivity but there is no shelter to the function room and dinner unless u walk to though the car park. Remember to have an umbrella during rainy seasons

Nice place for a night vacation. Big rooms n beds. Well equipped with nespro coffee, tea n water. 2 rooms comes with attached bath n another single room with a bathroom outside. Beds are comfortable. The water for shower/bath is not consistent and may run out of hot. Big swimming pool. Buffet breakfast is great and staffs are very attentive and super helpful. Good for morning walk around the place beautiful park n view
