Our stay at this hotel was great! Yes, it's pricey during a concert, but is it worthy? Absolutely. The rooms were basic- no fridge, no kettle. The breakfast was phenomenal- everything fresh and for a hotel in the city a huge selection of foods. Their bar that is open throughout the day was also awesome, great food and drinks. What makes this hotel so special is it's location. From the !DINING ROOM! you have a view into the arena, so you can see them building the stage. THIS VIEW GETS CLOSED AT 8 AM THE DAY OF THE CONCERT and opens after it ends! So if you want to see rehearsals, you won't (unless they happen a day early). What made me the happiest tho, was the staff at the reception. I have never seen such friendly, helpful and positive staff! The people at the bar were also great and so were the cleaning ladies 😁 So to sum it up, yes, the rooms are basic, but the rest of the experience makes up for that :)

I edited my review so many times during my stay I decided to just rewrite it. The good: staff is friendly, room is clean, breakfast buffet is fantastic. Walking distance to trade shows and the stadium. The bad: wifi does not work. It goes in and out and in and out. Basically unusable. I asked the desk about this on night one and they tried resetting the modem/router. It did not fix the problem. Coworker had the same issue. Spent about $20 USD on roaming so I could use a hotspot and check my email. Not good given that I was here for a trade show. Not resolved over a 4 day stay. There are also some power related problems in the room. Could possibly be my hardware, but devices left charging overnight or during the day did not fully charge. I have not had problems with my hardware prior to this stay. Not many dining options in the immediate area, paln on taking the train or a cab for dinner. Overall the place is well maintained and the staff is great. Unfortunately the wifi and charging problems are quite substantial if you are here for work. Mixed feelings about staying here again. Edit in response to hotel comment: The wifi problem was persistent across the entire hotel. I guarantee I was not the only one to complain about it as there was a massive trade show going on and it was clearly a hardware problem and not an access problem. Not being able to resolve it over 4 days is not a problem of me not being persistent enough, it is a problem with the hotel.

Rooms are good and clean but in fair events way to expensive, food is ok but also too expensive (regarding bbq evening), service in the reception, restaurant and bar is perfect and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I am going every year and can only recommend.

The only option for dinner during my (trade show) stay was the buffet. Nobody told us during the reservation its cost €50 per person. The price was a surprise, same as very substandard quality of the meals. I have been here many times in the past years, and the restaurant was always full. Restaurant management knows how to make it nearly empty - and prevent repeaters from making the same mistake again. When complaining - you can ask for a free drink as compensation the next day at the bar. OMG!!! And to your "tricky" answer: all sounds great and perfectly tailored to keep your hotel reputation high - but the problem is, you describe the situation the following day, based on my complain. The day I wrote my review the situation was unfortunately exactly as described by me. Anyway - it seems you have finally stopped experiments of that kind - what will be for sure highly appreciated by your guests.
