Terrible problem with car parking. In order to check in you have to park first in the airport. After check in you have to take your car from the airport and park your car 300m away from the hotel. Good luck finding that park ( no signs or whatsoever). If you dare to ask the young lady at the reception, beware, she’s Zero professionalism and zero hospitality.

I booked a room through a third party and it said clearly that I had to pay an addition of 1.99€ as tourist tax at the hotel. At the hotel they asked 3.5€ per person, per night. No matter what I showed the receptionist, still had to pay 7€ instead of the 1.99... Location is great, actually in the terminal. The room was not very clean, rubbish just pushed to the corner, shower is all yellow and the glass not clean at all. Room was not as warm as I would like it to be and even if I tried to increase the temperature, the heating never started. All hotel is shaking when other guests were slamming their doors.

Was rather good for the price, the rooms had clean sheets and the tv was alright but nothing crazy. The room itself was rater clean unlike the shower which was a little dirty but nothing too crazy. Solid experience for the price that i got it for and the location is unbeatable if you are flying from eindhoven.

The location is perfect! The room was good and beautiful. Service was good! But I requested a 2 single bed and I got a double bed The room was very dusty and the door was broken and very hard to close There is no window and the ventilation was not the best The toilet had no proper door and you could see the other person showering from the bed. The toilet door was not closing so it was awkward and annoying that I needed to hear and smell my friend pooping. There was a very annoying light outside the toilet that was turning on with a motion sensor and it was very annoying at night!

A very good hotel for the price below are a couple of points. We enjoyed the stay overall and would recommend and it's really convenient for the flight after: + it's not noisy because of the airport, you can barely hear the planes + the location is perfect literally in the airport + the room was pretty decent and clean + easy access to shops at the airport - there was constant door slamming which you can hear quite loud, however, this is on the guests not the hotel - staff at the reception looked pretty junior and a bit confused - the bathroom sink is in the room, you can hear everything going on in the bathroom due to the glass panes instead of a wall, so be mindful if sharing a room with a not so close friend or a new partner :D - no windows to open, sometimes the room can feel stuffy
