They gave me a room which is dirty and it has a spider on the ceiling. Also, there is a rude receptionist who keeps annoying you if you didn't pay immediately when you plan to extend your stay!! This is so rude and unprofessional, all of the hotels ask for payment when you want to check out. One day she came to my room and asked me to leave now if I didn't pay!!! Also, the walls are not insulated and you must hear all the cleaning noises and vacuum cleaning starting from the early morning :).. Moreover, the AC is not working most of the time and they keep giving stupid excuses about this problem. Also, the location of the hotel is a disaster, most of the roads are not prepared for walking and buses stop reaching this area from 20:00 pm. Overall I don't recommend this hotel and there is a nice hotel few meters next to this bad one. It's called IH hotel and it's much better and cheaper. Edit: please don't give excuses, I told you that I will extend my stay but you only care about payments .. and regarding the hotel location, I have many stuff and I can't move everyday to another place! But I hope if I could move from the first day because of your behavior and disaster location!

Perplex screen at reception not very personal and the staff rather distant no smile. Notice in the lift no reaturant service at weekends extremely disapointing. Nice room but skimmed on the service in it 1 paper cup between to people 1 teabag 1 coffee sachet that's pretty mean also only 1 tiny biscuit. I found that pathetic.

A person with a disability must pay accommodation for an accompanying (working) dog. We were a couple but only one paper cup for tea plus 1 tea, 2 sugar bags, 1 mini cookie.?? Any sense of this??

Air Conditioning doesn't work. Apparently it's a decision of the management because, in their opinion, today (28 April) is not hot enough! You can open the window only under your responsibility (you've to subscribe a form). In the past,they used to give you bag of tea and coffee per day. They have changed: it's only for the first day. They keep the kettle in your room, but withouth any bag or coffee: may be that they became too expensive! Today, 1st May, I've received an answer from the owner in which he said that it would have been better if I had spoken with the reception before leaving my comment. I had done it before, and I reported their answer in my comment!!!
