P/P, amazing value, great location, great service, comfortable. Please ask for rooms that are not looking to both streets as the hotel is in the corner, the rooms can be a bit loud at times, not their fault.

First of all, I didn't come for a holiday, I came for a daily business, the subject of the hotel is very nice, the rooms are very nice, and so is the cleanliness. But the only thing I can complain about was my late breakfast today compared to the previous days. It was cold, it came incomplete, even my egg was black inside, I couldn't even eat it, this situation did not suit the Türkay hotel. Other than that everything was fine. Thank you.

I have been to more than 50 countries and stayed in more than 100 hotels. This hotel has a few major problems.Let me start with my good experience. I stayed in this hotel 32 days by myself and 12 days with my mother. The breakfast staff are fantastic. All of them extremely welcoming and professional and friendly. Bad experience: Most unprofessional, rude front desk staff and Manager ( skinny short guy ). The reception staff are unhelpful, ignorant and unresponsive. ( only Sergei and Mete are helpful and kind ) . Night shift reception is out of control and I believe the owner of this hotel has to take immediate action towards this individual. He is the most rude and unprofessional individual I have ever seen as a hotel receptionist. Daily room cleaning is never done properly. The floor and washroom are never cleaned. It’s a brand new hotel and a great location if you’re okay with street noise and a little bit of noise from a restaurant nearby with loud music. I hope the owner of this hotel reads this review and takes action against a few bad apples which affect guests' experience negatively.

I highly recommend this hotel !!! Stayed there for 7 nights and everything was excellent!! Friendly and very available staff ready to help you for anything ;) Food was absolutely yummy ! Great location literally 5 min walking distance from the beach . I would return ! Only 2 notes : receptionists should speak English. Only 1 or 2 members were able to have a conversation. The telly in Turkish only lol . They have smart tv but they have not been set 🤷🏻‍♀️ I could not watch Netflix although it was in the controller . I watched Turkish channels for 7 days lol Positive thing : I learned bit of Turkish :)
