For the only time I'll ever see Vegas, a different hotel probably would have made our experience better. I can't imagine them all being this bad. Firstly, we were lied to about what was included in our stay. There was supposed to be a jet bath tub in the room, and breakfast for 2 included. It was a regular bath tub, and in no way was any type of food at all included, so don't believe you are getting either one of those. Second, when the staff was notified, they said "oh well, sorry you're not happy" and blew me off. It's not about being happy, this is about us straight up having been lied to so they could make money on services offered but not received. We had two employees be impressively nice during the stay, and also had several employees at the hotel be unnecessarily rude. One girl YELLED at me, just for asking a question. As many other people noted, the hotel is kind of dated, and not kept up with the best. There are missing fixtures and areas that look like they were being worked on at some point before they just gave up. It was not the cleanest, especially outdoors. The sidewalks are black with grime and stains anything you set down for a second. The ice machine in our hallway didn't work, the hot tub heater was broken so it was cold, and we had an employee take our towels while we were in the pool with no other towels in sight. We had to ask other hotel guests in the gym facility to please get us towels. The hotel room keys also dont work well, and every time we opened our door we struggled to get it open. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in rooms around you. I could hear the people above me walking, and just by the pace I could tell they were walking normally, but we could hear every single step. Our alarm was set to 6 a.m. and we didn't know, so didn't change it, and were awaken at 6 a.m... so were the people upstairs. The good things about the hotel were mostly that it was decorated nicely, on the inside and outside. The rooms were a good size, there is a little fridge. The shampoo and body wash in the room smells great, and it's located closely enough to the strip to walk there whenever you'd like. The blackout curtains allow you to sleep in if the alarm isn't already set. The pool looks nice and clean. I don't have much else positive to say about it. For the amount of money you are about to spend, you would probably do better somewhere else. Beware of the things offered, because they may not actually be included and they will not fix it.

Rooms are well kept and looks really big. You get a kitchen sink breakfast table two double sized beds. Which is a little small, so if you are traveling with your family I recommend getting a king size bed. Each bed can fit 2 people for double bed but it's a hard to share. But the mattress is a 9/10 nice and comfy. Services is great everyone is nice and friendly. Location is by the strip so you can get to the attractions quickly
