The apartment is on the 4th level so it requires a bit of climbing. Not suitable with heavy luggage. Nearby got no eateries. Construction is all around the area so it is very disturbing during the late night. Rooms are clean and necessity is provided like towels, detergent for the washing machine. No bottled water provided. Good english movie on the tv.

The house is clean, as if it has been remodeled. However, the first floor entrance always has to be opened and closed with a key, and there is no elevator to use the stairs. The outlet is loose and falls out easily... For many reasons, it would be better to just use a hotel.
