Simply run away, I made a reservation at 11:40 PM, but just an hour later, I realized that the date was incorrect. I contacted them, but they refused to refund the amount. I asked them to at least change the reservation date for just one day, but they also refused that. I even offered to pay the price difference if there was any, but they still declined. Essentially, they stole my money for a simple mistake that lasted only one hour. You will find better and safer options elsewhere.

The city centre is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The lake is less than 5-8 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is modern and nice. The suite we had was spacious with balcony. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast has good choices.

Stayed for a week in this hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious, had plenty of natural light, they were cleaned each day. Most of what we needed were present in the rooms, and it felt more like living in a small well-kept flat than a hotel room. The breakfast was very good. You can ask the staff for an omelette or a fried egg if you wish something straight out of the pan, or you can pick and choose from the variety of foods readily provided. We never left the breakfast table disappointed. The staff was also very friendly and promptly addressed any issues or concerns we had. The hotel itself has a bar, a sauna. It has a room to store your skiing equipment and dry your skiing/snowboarding shoes. It is situated right in the city center of Zell am See. There are plenty of restaurants/bars around, and there's a grocery shop just a couple of minutes away. If you're planning to stay here on a skiing trip, you'll find the ski bus stop within walking distance (maybe 100m or so), from which you can reach Zell am See lifts, Kaprun or Saalbach. The only minor disadvantages were the fact that it wasn't entirely clear how to wash the clothes if we wished to. We also were unfortunately unable to book a place at a dinner (we had a room with breakfast only), which we would've liked to do on some days (it was fully booked already). Finally, although the TVs boast an impressive array of channels (some of them English), we missed the ability to connect to Netflix and the like. Since we don't speak German all that much, most of the German channels were irrelevant for us, and being able to turn on Netflix/YouTube/etc after a day of snowboarding would have been just perfect. All in all, it was a perfect place to stay for a snowboarding trip - I'll definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance to return to Zell am See.

Stayed for week February in this smart and conveniently located, spotlessly clean and modern but comfortable hotel. Just four minutes from City Express gondola, two from beautiful Zell am See lake which takes two hours to walk around. Two Timez is an annex to main hotel but easy distance for access to bar and dining facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. Kurt, the owner, very welcoming. Good selection at breakfast ( available until 10.30am) with hot options available and dinner ( 5 courses) at €18 excellent value. Only pain was street noise of a few drunks on some nights as we were at the front of the hotel, but would stay again.
