Everything about this stay was perfect. The villa had everything, the service was great, a phone call away and we got everything we asked for. The location was our fave, close to multiple attractions and the best beaches.

Rawai is 20-30 minutes to crowded places of the island. This gives silence and peace to this lovely hotel. Each personnel of the hotel are lovely and friendly. They can help you whatever you need. Thank you.

Service is awful. They have washing machine but they refuse to give the keys for it even for payment. If you ask the second coffee at breakfast they refuse to bring it. We have villa, but they closed the door to the second toilet as we payed for one bedroom, but the price on booking were the same. We booked 1 bedroom, because thaught that living room will be larger, as one bedroom and two bedroom had the same 140 meters in description. This place will never be fully booked, because the service is bad. I don't recommend it. I think managers should learn something about guest relationships.

Totally love this villa! The counter staff was polite, housekeepers kept the place clean and were polite, villa was big and clean! They even provided deco on the bed for our anniversary and a cake for my birthday! They also had a nice playpen for my baby to sleep in. My family and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! Downside: Parking a little far and uncovered. It was raining 4/5 days I was there. Pool quite deep throughout. Prefer a shallow pool so my child can play comfortably. Would be Super bonus if they have baby high chair so that I can feed my child comfortably too.
