The apartment is beautiful, clean, tidy and safe, but the receptionist was not friendly at all and was not appropriate to receive guests. I was surprised that he asked for a security deposit of 500 pounds in cash without prior notification. I paid because I had some cash on hand. I hope to change the receptionist for another who is more kind and courteous, as there is none. Apartment cleaning service is supposed to be taken into consideration .

The rooms were ok, I gave it a 4 just because the lights were kind of turning on and off. The service was very nice 5. Location was a bit far 4. That's all
