3 Star hotel. Great food, rooms are decent and large. Good location and nice atmosphere. Service could be better. Need to not have the gardener block the exit with his truck during checkout time then asking us to carry luggage up stairs to get to the car park. We should be accommodated not accommodating you. Had to wait until after 5:30pm to check in as our room wasn’t ready.

Wonderful experience and great stay. Everything was perfect. We even got the chance to experience the meal offering to the Thai Monk ceremony held in the hotel. We pay for the prepared meal and basket by the hotel. The landscape was picturesque and felt like we were in another Western country. Buffet breakfast was well spread. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were super spacious. Do ask for pool view room.

The room and lake view is beautiful but we were very angry when hotel accused us for consuming the mini bar drinks when they mentioned we are entitled two drinks upon check in. Upon check out next morning, they accursed us of drinking 7cans of soft drink. In the first place, the staff didn't show us the mini bar fridge the number if cans.. After wasted half an hr of checking before hotel decided to close the case but we were already offended. We paid sin200+ for one nite stay and this is what we experienced. Totally feel disgusted

Beautiful hotel in quiet location. I've stayed here on 6 occasions, the hotel is in a beautiful setting with a lake at the front and a stream bordering the back. The rooms are well designed and the staff very helpful. There are lots of activities for kids and the pool is very relaxing. The breakfast buffet has an amazing choice and caters for all tastes. It's a great place to spend a few days in Khao Yai.
