I used it for my child's university entrance exam. (1 parent, 1 child) Regarding the location, it is easy to travel anywhere in Osaka city by train. There is also a shopping street nearby, so you can buy meals and eat out nearby. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and IH stove. I would have been very satisfied if I had all the cooking utensils and tableware lol. This time, I prioritized cost performance as I only had to take the exam, but I was so satisfied that I could say that it was not a mistake. [Caution required] These people should think twice even if the price seems appealing. For those who want a spacious room or bathroom ❌ (Small unit bath) If you're thinking of a hotel room (it's a regular 2DK apartment), it's also on the third floor without an elevator, so if you have mobility problems, choose ❌. I like TV ❌ (I don't have a TV. I don't really watch TV so I wasn't interested) The check-in and check-out system is completely non-responsive, so there are people who are looking forward to interacting with other people. I use agoda I booked this place through and it was much neater than I expected. It feels great because I like it. Of course, the bathroom is too small, but that was expected since most accommodations in Japan are 😃 I am very satisfied with this price!
