This hotel was my best experience in Barcelona. Rooms maybe a little bit small, but it's Europe so you expect that. Complementary water and coffee in the lobby and free happy hour to taste wines and snacks in the afternoon are amazing. The rooms are clean and nice. The shower had great water pressure - relaxing at the end of a long day! Beautiful rooftop pool, bar, and views. The thing that makes this hotel so great is their staff. They go above and beyond any expectation. Before my reservation, they asked if I needed any car transfers, and they even sent me restaurant recommendations in the city. I couldn't recommend this place enough! Thank you for making our stay in Barcelona so memorable! :)

Excellent hotel to discover the city from. The rooms are good, maybe a bit on the small side. I was surprised that they were very quiet even though facing the street. Great roof terrace with drinks and absolutely perfect view over all of Barcelona. Very good breakfast in the neighboring building. Pool is rather small but also has a great view over the city.

The stay was nice (1 night) and the service I must say, excellent. Rooms maybe a little bit small, complementary bottle of water, same for coffee in the lobby. Happy hour to taste wines in the afternoon. Room furniture was good and bathroom had good drying towels and good hairdrier, not the small ones. At the Reception and in specially, at the rooftop lounge, personnel was great - Engaging with customers, and paying attention to them. Not much Hotels do so with such smile-front attitude is something I pay attention to. The hotel is super centric located and quiet at the same time. Enjoy!

Great location, daily wine & cheese happy hour, comfortable/quiet rooms, free self-service clothes washer & dryer and lovely rooftop bar & pool earns this hotel 5 stars but I agree with other reviewers, the staff here are absolutely outstanding and make this place stand out from others. So helpful with travel advice, recommendations, reservations, etc. Really appreciated Giovanni's assistance with finding an available clothes washing machine in the hotel. Yes, sounds a bit odd but just another example of superior service.

The location was perfect for our week long stay. As a US citizen we ran into a couple of things that we didn't expect like no Wash Cloths (Face Towels) but the staff took care of us when we requested them. We would have preferred a top sheet on our bed instead of just a duvet cover, but we did not address this with staff. These were not problems, just differences between cultures. We loved the staff and had no problem communicating with them even though we know zero Spanish. They helped us with dining options and any other needs that came up. The social hour at the hotel was really great and let us meet several other travelers and make new friends. The Hotel was very clean. We would most defiantly stay here again.
