Beautiful rooms, new and fresh, with high quality toiletries. Great location in the heart of Madrid. All who work at this gorgeous hotel made us feel welcome and special, we loved our stay. Thanks everyone at UMusic!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. We have been welcomed like VIPs and upgraded in a better room as they had an unexpected closing for our last reserved night. The amenities were awesome, the swimming pool area quiet and enjoyable, and the staff really amazing. Every room is also equipped with a wonderful Marshall speaker allowing you to party shameless. The hotel's vibe takes you on a musical journey and its combination with the theater makes you feel like a privileged audience. Which gives a real soul to the hotel. We can only highly recommend it :)

UMusic was the best hotel we stayed in on our 2 week trip to Portugal and Spain. We loved the modern touches that still had personality and comfort. Service was excellent, location perfect, we just wished we could have stayed longer.

We got the room with the private terrace and the outdoor space was larger than the room itself. We did not think it was worth the premium because the room itself was oddly configured. It was the last room in the corner of the building, the bathroom door had barely enough room to swing open and shut. We had to be careful not to bump our heads whenever we walked past the TV. The photos on the website make the rooms to appear much larger than they are, just be aware they are small. Other than that, it's a music hotel with a theater so the ambiance throughout the hotel was beautiful. Marshall wireless speakers in every room, but the room was advertised as "soundproof" and we didn't feel right blasting the music because we could hear when people were walking in the corridor outside our room so obviously not soundproof. Overall it was a nice stay, just beware room sizes in their "stock" photos may not be the room you get.

We have nothing but great things to say. The roof top sushi bar is exquisite and relaxing after a hard day shopping and eating. Our special treat was having a record player set up by friendly and helpful Nieves, in our room, after selecting a bunch of vinyl albums located on the mezzanine. The pool is nice and the location is perfect for walking central Madrid. Thank you!
